Basic Responsibilities:

1. Providing the grounds for implementation of decisions of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education

2. Supervision of all University-affiliated bodies

3. Formulating proposals for amendment and improvement of the University's organizational structure to the Board of Trustees through the University Chancellor

4. Coordinating the relations between Vice-Chancelleries

5. Evaluation of University regulations and proposing changes, where necessary, to the Board of Trustees

6. Submission of the University's annual budget to the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education with the Chancellor's approval
